Mocktoberfest Features the Polka Brothers
Annual Fundraiser Berkshire Country Day School on May 7th

Twenty-five years ago, one of our sons attended Berkshire Country Day School in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Today he is 34, lives in Minneapolis and is the director of an educational non-profit. The job of the director is to raise money for non-profit. To raise money in 2016, creativity is essential.
And that is what Headmaster, Paul Lindenmaier, has to do at BCD.
This year's fundraiser sole purpose is to raise 'financial aid' for its current and prospective students. The funds ensure students the opportunity to attend BCD, regardless of financial need.
Presently, nearly 30% of the students at BCD are on 'financial aid.'
This year's theme is 'Mocktoberfest', a take on Munich's famous Octoberfest. Entertainment for the evening will be provided by an unusual polka band, the NYC based Polka Brothers.
Their antics and musical merriment will highlight this years soiree.
The evening will begin with cocktails at 6:45pm, followed by a sit-down dinner and dancing. Wine was donated by TEdwards.
A live-auction will take place during the evening and will feature a trip to Octoberfest in Munich, a Gregory Crewdson artist's proof print, a basketball signed by Kobe Bryant, two tickets to The Color Purple on Broadway, a catered cocktail party, a special outing to NYC and much, much more.
All of the proceeds go directly to BCD's financial aid fund.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.bcdsoiree.org for this 6:45pm, Saturday, May 7 event at BCD, 55 Interlaken Road (Rt.183), Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
