Perhaps Earl Gray tea
Which I like
Waiting for the show
A dramatic comedy
Theatre in the Berkshires
Found a seat
Arriving early
From a long drive
Just chilling
Between two couples
Both elderly
And infirm
Swapping symptoms
Describing procedures
Remember so and so
Lou Gehrig’s
A doctor no less
Nothing to be done
Hobbling about
Between here and Florida
Years of commuting
Tales of
Global travel
India was great but
Bad air in Beijing
Been just about everywhere
The primary audience
No sign of kids
They can’t afford it
Not so young myself
Got a laundry list of
Pills and pains
This for that
Thinking ahead
How long before
Just like them
Perhaps never
Not my style
Or so I think
Still in the pink
