Met Live in HD Resumes Oct. 13
Donizetti’s L’Elisir D’Amore at the Clark

The Met: Live in HD returns to the Clark this fall with extraordinary stars, breathtaking music, and visionary interpretations by today’s most celebrated directors and conductors. This Peabody and Emmy Award-winning series features 12 live transmissions in the Clark’s auditorium, beginning October 13 with L’Elisir D’Amore and continuing with Otello (October 27), Tempest (November 10), Clemenza di Tito (December 1), Un Ballo in Maschera (December 8), Aida (December 15), Les Troyens (January 5), Maria Stuarda (January 19), Rigoletto (February 16), Parisfal (March 2), Francesca da Rimini (March 16) and Giulio Cesare(April 27).
Tickets will be available September 4 for general admission. Clark Society members and Met Guild members may purchase tickets beginning August 24 and museum members may purchase tickets beginning August 31 (box office phone only). Tickets are $25 ($22 for members; $18 students) and may be ordered online at clarkart.edu or by calling 413 458 0MET (458 0638).

Anna Netrebko and Matthew Polenzani star as the fickle Adina and her besotted Nemorino in Bartlett Sher's new production of one of the greatest comic gems in opera. Mariusz Kwiecien is the blustery sergeant Belcore and Ambrogio Maestri is Dulcamara, the loveable quack and dispenser of the elixir. Maurizio Benini conducts.

Adès’s The Tempest

Mozart’s La Clemenza di Tito

Verdi’s Un Ballo in Maschera

Berlioz’s Les Troyens
