Well.  I was standing
by the Memorial Garden
talking to Chad
facing Kathy's
and this white truck
was rolling backwards
toward the beach
The more it rolled
The louder the engine
the more the smoke
Down it went over the rocks
roaring displacing boulders
Johnson told him
The tires are smoking
You ain't gonna get out
right now
I sat down to watch
on a wet leafy chair
The other guy
got pictures
Later Zak got Hal's Suburban
hauled him out
