Forget the muddy, ever-changing confusion of a Berkshires March and transport yourself to the Mezzogiorno! Mezze Bistro + Bar, in its third month of Breaking the Boot, is cooking from the South - Campania, Calabria, Molise, Basilicata, Puglia.
For many Italian-Americans in our community, these provinces are part of their immigration stories. Dishes like braciole, meat that is slowly cooked in tomatos and filled with pine nuts, and orecchiette, the ear-shaped pasta sold by Nannas throughout the streets in Bari have likely graced their tables—our team's deepened their connection to their roots by learning how certain dishes came to America. And along the way, they've regaled some wonderful stories, like traveling back to Nonna's home in Cosenza, Calabria.
Join us for Sunday Supper through the last Sunday in April. Meze Bistro's $45 menu is designed around a regional bowl of pasta, often starting with a contorni and ending with dolce. Pair Sunday Supper with Mezze Guesthouse, and overindulge! As we like to say, come for the food, stay for the rooms!

Craving a mid-afternoon weekend nosh? BLUEBiRD & CO continues to offer APRES SKI, with the bar opening at 4 PM and a roving menu of snacks, shareable plates and full bar offerings.
