Nashville based artist, John Hiatt, showcased ‘Nashville’s Vinyl Collection’ and was the featured artist from Music City in the Big Apple.
The event is part of Spin On:Nashville”# VinylCollection. The ‘pop-up store was curated by Grimes’s in celebration of their 20th anniversary. The pop-up store offers a curated selection of vinyl records by artists who live in Nashville or albums that were recorded there. Grimey’s curated the pop-up store at Snowfields in Manhattan the evening John Hiatt performed.
Snowfields hosts an array of events in the NoHo area of Manhattan.
As far as John Hiatt's evening went, the crowd of invited guests witnessed his positive personality and master song making on the roofto. It was a clear night in the muddle of the future NOHO in Manhattan.
He played more then a dozen songs and talked about life experiences during the last forty years in the music business. He focused on early achievements and was now focused on music in the 21st century.
His most recent LP album,‘The Eclipse Sessions’ is what Hiatt performed to a packed house of invited guests. His tunes created a special mood f played in Hiatt's unique style. His voice has nor changed in fifty years of performing.
His masterful interpretation of ‘The Odds Of Loving You’ and ‘Cry To Me’ had the crowd on their feet.
