Jaune Quick-to-See Smith at Suffolk University
New Works at New Engand School of Art & Design Gallery
By: - Sep 20th, 2013During a studio visit in New Mexico Jaune Quick To See Smith agreed to create new works for a special exhibition at the Gallery of New England School of Arts and Design. She presented a lecture to a large audience of students and faculty and also spoke intimately in the gallery. London's Serpentine Gallery

Although he consulted with many experts in the field he made the final selections. This has resulted in an eccentric and uneven overview with a mix of major and minor artists. One of the strong points of the second volume is a fresh and insightful critical essay by Debbie Hagan the former editor of Art New England.
